Changes to e-Learning
Fluent Commerce is transitioning to a new Learning and Certification process by 31 March 2025.
What’s Changing?
- All learning content will now be available through Knowledge Tracks on Docs.
- Certification assessments will be hosted on our new certification platform - launching in early April.
- As part of this transition, the current Fluent Learning portal will be retired, and we will no longer offer course content, hands-on Labs, exams, or assessments via the existing platform.
Key Dates to Remember
- 17 March 2025 (17:00 AEDT) – New enrolments into Fluent Learning will close.
- 30 March 2025 (17:00 AEDT) – Last day to complete any courses and obtain a Certificate of Completion via Fluent Learning.
- 31 March 2025 – The Fluent Learning platform will be permanently shut down.
- Early April 2025 – New quiz, assessment, certification portal launches, and certifications resume.
Important Certificate Information:
- If you do not obtain your Certificate of Completion via Fluent Learning before 30 March, all course progress will be lost. However, any Certificates of Completion obtained before this date will remain valid.
- Certificates of Completion have been automatically awarded via the Fluent Learning Portal since Thursday, 18 April 2024, at 11:00 AM AEST. If you completed your training before this date, your certificate was not generated automatically therefore you will need to request a manual certificate here.
Transition Period (No Exams or Certifications)
Between 31 March and early April, there will be a brief transition period while we finalize the new certification system.
- During this time, you can continue learning via Knowledge Tracks, but:
- No Certificates of Completion will be issued.
- No hands-on Labs or exams will be available.
