Creates a revised order based on the revised order attributes passed in the event.

Exceptions
This rule will throw an IllegalArgumentException
- if the property is not provided
`accountId/retailerId/entityId` - if the order not found or invalid
- if failed to handle the tariff
- if failed to get the property
`incomingCurrency/incomingTaxType/incomingCatalogueRef` - if failed to validate and extract revised items
All generated exceptions will be wrapped with RubixException: 422.
